DOT Physicals

The Department of Transportation mandates physicals for anyone who work in positions that could jeopardize their own or others’ safety. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has mandated that these physicals adhere to tight requirements in order to ensure that commercial drivers and other individuals in positions where safety is a concern are in good health. These tests will demonstrate whether an employee is qualified for their position through the use of vision, hearing, blood pressure, urine, and physical examinations.

Because DOT physicals must be performed by a medical examiner who has received FMCSA certification, not every office may offer these exams. We are pleased to announce that our facility possesses this certification, enabling us to perform these physicals for you.
